Pilates has gained international recognition and popularity as a method of whole body conditioning, incorporating core control with fundamental movement and coordination training.
Pilates improves posture, strength, stability and mobility. And importantly, Pilates is an effective way to recover from injury and manage ongoing aches and pains.

Rates & Payment:
Classes can be purchased as a ‘5 pack’ or on an individual basis. Individual class bookings incur a small surcharge.
We are able to offer a direct debit payment option for clients wishing to purchase multiple classes or ‘5 packs.’
We are not able to guarantee your place in a particular class over an extended period of time without prior, or direct debit payment.
Due to high demand, failure to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation will incur a full fee cancellation cost.
Classes are lead by either a Physiotherapist or qualified Pilates Instructor. Different rates apply.
Classes:
Physiotherapist – Equipment.
Small groups designed to help you move in a safe environment and create a tailored exercise program to meet your rehabilitation goals.
Pilates Instructor – Equipment.
A progression from a physiotherapist lead group that builds on your individual program, fostering independent exercise and self management.
Pilates Instructor – Advanced Equipment.
Catering for clients who are already confident in Pilates and want to complete a more advanced and demanding equipment based program.
Pilates Instructor – Reformer.
A dynamic class where all participants perform similar exercises on the reformer, often as a progression from an equipment class.
Pilates Instructor – Mat-class.
Floor based exercises using small apparatus including balls, bands and rollers.
Physiotherapist – Rehabilitation.
A group that focuses on improving mobility,balance and independence in clients wiht high needs or significant injuries.
Physiotherapist – Mat-Pregnancy.
A floor based Pilates group for any stage of pregnancy, focusing on maintaining strength, stability and well-being during pregnancy in a safe and controlled environment.
Physiotherapist – Mat-Postnatal.
A floor based Pilates group suitable from 12 weeks to 12 months post natal, focusing on building strength, stability and well-being with individual guidance to return to exercise and activity.
Physiotherapist – Over-65s Advanced Circuit.
A circuit designed for Over-65’s who have attended Equipment classes and are looking for a challenging exercise session in a fun and dynamic environment.
Running Pilates.
A dynamic high energy group that focuses on higher level exercises with a running bias.
Student – Mat & Reformer Classes.
Introductory classes for current clients or beginners with no significant injury. These classes are mat or reformer based and are available at a reduced rate (please note these classes are not available online).
