Chrissy specialises in sporting injuries including running related injuries, ACL rehabilitation, hip/groin pain and shoulder injuries in throwers. She has a background in strength and conditioning, yoga and Pilates. Chrissy has extensive experience in a variety of sports and has previously worked with Australian Water Polo (including the Stingers at the World Championships), North Melbourne AFLW, VFL, and community/state level hockey. She is currently working in soccer within the National Premier League and Women's super league competition in Tasmania.

Chrissy also has a passion working with girls and women, from adolescent health all the way to peri -menopause/menopause. She enjoys looking beyond the individual at the social and environmental barriers to health and wellbeing that girls and women may face. Chrissy educates youth sporting clubs with her workshop, Game Bloom: teaching girls about performance in puberty. She encourages when bookings on health and wellbeing for women to extend an initial time to 60 minutes for a more thorough assessment. 

Outside of work, she spends time with her family including her 2 small kids. Any free time may be spent enjoying playing her favourite sports- running, futsal, soccer!
