Exercise Physiologist

Bachelor of Exercise Science, Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Professional Honours)

James has a special interest in maintaining and improving strength and functional capacity throughout all ages, but particularly as people get older. He has worked with a range of different neurological and NDIS clients, looking at improving functional goals to improve or maintain quality of life and foster independence of movement. James is passionate about the use of functional exercise to help manage or prevent musculoskeletal or Neuromuscular conditions. He has also worked with a range of athletes in both organised and individual sports, focusing on injury prevention and sports performance.

He is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying bushwalking, mountain biking and pretending he can surf.
