Rosie has always had a passion for movement, starting out as a Yoga instructor 10 years ago, before moving into teaching Pilates.
Rosie focuses on mindful movement, body awareness and core stability, creating a supportive environment to build the mind/body connection.
Rosie believes Pilates strengthens you physically and mentally, working towards increased mobility, improved posture, and overall strength, as well as the release of happy hormones.
Outside of instructing Rosie loves gardening, bushwalking and time in nature, fishing/boating and enjoying time with her partner, daughter, and hound.
