We continue to offer 1:1 consultation, in strict observance of environmental and personal hygiene practices and with social distancing measures in place.
We also offer online physiotherapy (telehealth) services, delivered in the comfort and safety of your home.
If you are feeling unwell or have cold and flu like symptoms, please call the clinic to reschedule your appointment or schedule a telehealth appointment. If you have recently had COVID-19 please refrain from entering the clinic until you are symptom free.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the recent changes to the isolation rules in Tasmania, and how this is being managed at Allcare, please call the clinic and talk to our reception team.
On arrival please: • Sanitise/wash hands thoroughly on arrival • Check in at reception • Please let reception know if you are currently a close contact • Please inform us of your COVID-19 vaccination status *We ask that you inform us of your vaccination status so we can best cater to your needs, and those of our other clientele, staff and their families. This information will be kept confidential.
Please do not bring extra people or children with you to your appointment. If you require a support worker to attend with you, please limit this to 1 person.
